Itsy Bitsy Yoga-Newborn to Precrawlers

Itsy Bitsy Yoga is BACK! Calling all newborns to precrawlers, Itsy Bitsy Yoga has been shown to help with a baby’s circulation, sleep, muscle & brain development and is a great bonding time! Drop in Class: $10.00; 3 class package for $25.00; OHM members get an additional FREE Class!

WHAT: Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby’s development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby’s sleep.

During a Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. For parents, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms, get support, and learn about baby's emerging personality. Most of the yoga we do in Itsy Bitsy Yoga is for baby, but you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself. No yoga is experience required.

Thurs. 10:30 am in the Sports Basement LOFT

Going back to work?  Join us the first Sunday of the month at 9:30-10:15 am for our Mixed Ages Yoga class! First class will begin 1/12/14!

Hilarie- thanks for the heads up on the different classes, Gracie's not sitting up on her own just yet, so we'll try this class first.

So my son is 2, and I don't have anywhere for him to go if I come to the class for my newborn, can he come with me? We can't do the family one on Sundays due to church...

Hi Tabitha! Thanks so much for asking, yes! your 2 year old can come, other toddlers have attended and we suggest you bring toys, coloring, other things for them to do or if you don't mind, bring a baby doll so they can 'pretend' on their doll also to participate with us in class. See u soon we hope!
