Pine Bend Trailhead to Hastings

The Mississippi River Greenway, from Saint Paul to Hastings, was completed late last year. Dakota County has done a wonderful job of creating a paved trail with fabulou views, needed amenities and lot of Native flowers along the way. We will ride the portion from the Pine Bend Trailhead into and around Hastings. Along the way we may see some Bison, will definitely have some good views and will make a short stop to look at the large metal sculptures in one area. Our rest stop will be at family owned Schoolhouse Scoop.

The parking lot is small, so you may use to road. There are good indoor facilities available.

This is a Hiawatha Bicycling Club official ride. All non-members riders will be asked to sign a waiver.

• Helmet is mandatory

• Please check your ABC's - Air in your tires, Brakes are in working order as well as your Chain.

• Make sure to bring water

• Lets ride together!
