Along the river starting at South Saint Paul

This ride along the Mississippi River Regional Trail going south. This ride will be out and back on the same trail. The first third will be along a lovely trail with beautiful views of the Mississippi River, the second third will be on the sidewalk with a gentle incline the last third will be through the Pine Bend Bluffs Scientific and Natural Area (SNA) where we will ride through some prairie landscape with lovely views of the river from up above with some inclines along the way. The good news is that there is a decline on most of the way back. We will take a break at Caribou coffee after about 19 miles. On the way back we will stop at the Swing Bridge for beautiful views of the river.

This is a mapless ride we will stay together ride about 21 miles at a speed of about 9 - 11 mph.

• Please check your ABC's - Air in your tires, Brakes are in working order as well as your Chain.
• Make sure to bring water, snack and sunscreen
