About us

## Discover Korea Like a Local — One “Hi” at a Time.

Hidden Busan Adventures (HiBA) started in Busan in April 2025 with a simple idea:
don’t just visit a place—meet people, move together, and build real memories.
Our very first meetup was the Oryukdo–Igidae coastal trek (Apr 19, 2025). Since then, HiBA has grown into a friendly community of expats, international students, digital nomads, travelers, and locals who enjoy outdoor adventures and genuine connection.
What makes HiBA different?
We’re not here to “consume” Busan. We’re here to experience it with people—through trails, waves, conversations, and shared small challenges that turn strangers into friends.
And now, we’re expanding.
We began in Busan, but HiBA is steadily growing across Gyeongnam and Ulsan, exploring new regions while keeping the same community spirit.

## What We Do

Every month, we host a new outdoor activity—always with a focus on:

  • Beginner-friendly adventures (unless noted)
  • Safe, well-paced group experience
  • Social connection after the activity (food/coffee/chat when possible)
  • Hidden local gems beyond the tourist map

You might find us hiking coastal trails, chasing winter wildlife, surfing, sailing, climbing, camping, or simply walking a city route in a way that feels surprisingly local.

## 2026 Year Plan (Signature Monthly Adventures)

Here’s our 2026 annual lineup — one highlight every month:
