We’ll journey from Vyšší Brod to the magical town of Český Krumlov, enjoying a relaxing escape as we glide past open meadows, grazing livestock, dramatic rock formations, and even beneath historic castles and ruins.

This fun and easygoing adventure takes you through the heart of South Bohemia, where gentle currents carry us past lush forests, rolling countryside, and lively riverside camps. The route is ideal for both beginners and experienced paddlers, offering a perfect balance of calm sections and light rapids—so you can enjoy the journey at your own pace.

As we drift downstream toward Český Krumlov—one of the most picturesque towns in Europe—you’ll experience the Czech landscape from a completely different perspective: right on the water. Along the way, we’ll have plenty of time to stop for swims, refreshments, or simply relax on sunny riverbanks and soak in the summer atmosphere. In the evenings, we’ll camp by the river, sharing food, stories, and laughs around a campfire under the stars.

On Sunday, we’ll explore the fairytale town of Český Krumlov, a UNESCO-listed gem known for its winding medieval streets, colorful houses, and the stunning Český Krumlov Castle rising above the river. Arriving by canoe into the historic center is a truly unforgettable highlight.

Expect a weekend full of nature, adventure, and great company—perfect for friends, solo travelers, and anyone looking to enjoy an active and refreshing getaway.
