Little Truc (resturant) and Food Trucks!

Hello everyone, I've been wanting to do Little Truc for a long time. I was finally able to find the location and scout out the seating and reservations necessary to make an event.

Little Truc is a very small Vietnamese-Thai resturant in Easthampton. I've actually never had such high quality South East asian food anywhere in Western Mass. I consider it one of my top 3 for food in general in Western Mass. That being said the venue only seat 30-40 people. I think the biggest reservation I can make for 8 people. I won't be able to make a reservation till the monday before the event and they often fill up/sell out quickly. There may be a small chance that I don't get the time I want.

For everyone else who can't fit into the dinner party, The East Hampton Food trucks (actual food trucks) will be out this evening as well before our dinner. Everyone who would like to come to the food trucks, grab a drink and listen to some music is welcome to come to that. Anyone on the waitlist can also come to this and whoever doesn't show up for the dinner will be replaced. For everyone going to the dinner I plan on being there, walking around and grabbing a drink or 2 until dinner time.
