This is a Group meeting surrounding the topic of inner child healing/ reprogramming your subconscious mind to Be your authentic self 👶🕺💃

This Group & event aims to Teach you🫵Applicable practices so you can guide yourself overall🧘‍♂️ & not need To come back because you each are all powerful & don’t need to depend on anyone for answers (if you wish to come back though no complaints It Would be your choice & I’d be grateful)

🌚 ~ Light Introductions & 10 Things your grateful for 🙏

👉 ~ 4type Shoalin Breathwork (20-30 min) {I’ll teach this in the group}

🧘‍♂️ ~25 minute Frequency Sound Clearing & self awareness of what comes up for your inner child (what are they telling you through the stillness, what did you feel & where?)

🗣️~ last Hour, Emotionally safe with no judgment Thoughts & feels with Open Discussion/reflections (2 min per person so we get everyone first)

We will use that time to be kind & considerate & fully present with each other to have an environment of Honoring each one of us for our evolvement

• no trying to convert anyone to your beliefs or way of thinking
• Come Open minded
• Do NOT come with DRAMA or CHAOTIC BEHAVIOR ZERO TOLERANCE
• Listen to Understand & not listen to respond
• be Patient with yourself & Others
• Come with the willingness to put in the work for yourself because We can only guide you, we can’t change you only you have that power

ENERGY EXCHANGE

• 👂✅ 300 Baht (Approximately 10$) will be collected prior to Session, It’s purposely priced low to allow people to get a good opportunity for good healing & also to show Direct intention that you will take the group, the practices & most importantly yourself serious (with room for sillinesss aswell but after we do the rootwork.)
