Daniel Boone Scout Trail

Start at Boone Fork parking area mile post 299.9 BRP. Hike 3.7 miles up to Calloway Peak highest point on Grandfather Mt 3946 ft and over a short distance to Watauga View and back down. The Craggway and Nuwati trails are closed. 2000ft + elevation change with view opportunities on the way.
