A quiet morning, a little movement, and a chance to just… be.

We’ll meet at Flying W around 8am and take an easy, unhurried walk through the desert. Some of us might talk, some might not, and at some point we’ll probably just stop and take in the view for a minute.

This isn’t about distance or pace. It’s about showing up, getting outside, and giving yourself a little space to breathe.

  • Distance: Flexible — around 2–4 miles depending on how far we wander
  • Difficulty: Easy to moderate (mostly gentle terrain)
  • Elevation gain: Minimal to light
  • Time: About 1–1.5 hours

You don’t have to be outdoorsy. You don’t have to be especially social. You just have to be open to showing up.
