I’ve invested in single-family units before, but ever since I tasted multi-family real estate in the US I’ve realized what a truly great deal looks like and I don’t see them here in Canada or in single-family opportunities.
There are some amazing markets throughout the US and I want to share them with my meetup members.

Meetups are on the second Saturday of every month at the new Calgary Public Library. We meet from 1-3pm in a private room on the lower level. We are a high-quality group of entreprenuers and investors.
