We have almost made it through the winter, friends. I have scheduled our very first High Park Yoga class of the season for May 7, 2026. Can't wait to see you all again soon :D
This is a page for community Yoga classes in High Park. By donation, for every body, all levels, no experience required. What is yoga? We combine breath, movement and awareness, all in the healing nature of High Park.

Head over to our Wim Hof Toronto meetup group. You are invited to come down to our Wim Hof method community meetup every Saturday at 9 am at Humber Bay Park West. We breathe together and go into the cold, healing waters of Lake Ontario.

Wild Breath Live on Zoom
·OnlineOnlineI know so many of you enjoy the extended, rythmic breathwork at the end of my yoga classes. Well, here is your chance to continue harnessing the power of your breath guided by my patner Steve.

### What's the Wild Breath?
Our breath is our most powerful healing tool & the energetic link between our mind, body, heart and spirit.
In this free, one hour class guided by Steve live on Zoom you will use your breath to achieve a deep state of meditation and wellbeing. Breathing to the beats of the music, you unlock the power within you to reduce stress and inflammation, boost creativity, release trapped emotions, gain clarity and return to your true Self.What you'll need:
- Sign up for free on Calendly via this link BEFORE the class to receive the Zoom link
- Good quality headphones or stereo system
- Internet connection
- A comfortable place to sit or lie down for your breathwork

What to bring?
- Yoga mat (optional - the grass is nice to yoga on)
- Water
- Weather-appropriate clothing/ blanket for relaxation
We yoga rain or shine. There is shelter if we need it.
Exact location, close the the High Park Forest School by the North Gate (short walk from High Park Subway station, Bloor and High Park intersection).
My classes are by donation, or pay what you can. It's also drop-in, so feel free to just show up. Donations can be made at the class in person, via our Breathing in Nature Gift Economy or e-transfer to nici@breathinginnature.com. On average folks donate between $5-$30 per class.
