What we’re about
Spring 2025 is almost upon us, friends! We start our 2025 High Park Yoga season on Thursday May 1st, and every Thursday 6:30-8pm after that. See you soon :D
This is a page for community Yoga classes in High Park. By donation, for every body, all levels, no experience required. What is yoga? We combine breath, movement and awareness, all in the healing nature of High Park.
Feel free to check out Breathing in Nature and join some of my other community events below:
Head over to our Wim Hof Toronto meetup group. You are invited to come down to our Wim Hof method community meetup every Saturday at 9 am at Humber Bay Park West. We breathe together and go into the cold, healing waters of Lake Ontario.
Or maybe you want to explore with psychedelic medicines, body work or guided wilderness travel. Be in touch and check out what we offer.
Feel free to connect with me here on Facebook or on Instagram via niciinnature or breathinginnature. In the meantime, get out into nature and rely on your breath to heal you.

- *SPECIAL EVENT* High Park Yoga + KIRTAN!High Park, Toronto, ON
In this High Park Yoga Special Event we will merge the powerful practices of Yoga and Kirtan. We will do an hour of yoga, releasing energy from the body and conclude with one hour of beautiful music and chanting.
### WHAT IS KIRTAN?
Kirtan is a call-and-response form of musical mantra meditation. It has the power to tap into deep states of consciousness and yet it can also invoke exciting feelings of joy and energy!
### WHAT TO EXPECT?
At a typical kirtan event, a group of chanters lead the crowd in multiple musical mantra sessions. Things start off quite calm and introspective but then will often culminate with joyous clapping and even dancing!
We will welcome Toronto's Kirtan Culture Initiative to guide us in an unforgettible experience of sharing our voices. You don't need any experience or practice, just attend, ready to explore the power of your own voice, any blocks and restrictions holding you back, and the power of music and singing to open ourselves up to something magical.
