What we’re about

High Potential Professionals is a community for ambitious, thoughtful people who care deeply about their work, want to keep growing, and are looking for more meaningful professional connection.

This group is for professionals who often feel like they don’t quite fit traditional networking spaces—people who think deeply, value substance over small talk, and know they’re capable of more than how they’re currently operating. Many members are high performers who quietly wrestle with imposter syndrome, overthinking, or professional loneliness, even while doing well on paper.

Our events are intentionally designed to be human, thoughtful, and connection-forward.

This is not a space for awkward mingling, sales pitches, or performative networking. Instead, you can expect:

  • Purposeful, well-facilitated in-person gatherings
  • Conversation prompts and structures that make connecting easy (introvert-friendly)
  • Insightful discussions around growth, confidence, communication, and operating at your full potential
  • A community of people who care about their work and how they show up in the world

At the heart of this group is a simple belief: high-potential people grow faster—and feel better—when they’re surrounded by others who think and care the same way.

High Potential Professionals is part of The High Potential Movement, founded by Marissa Moyer, an expert in imposter syndrome, workplace confidence, and workplace communication. The movement exists to support ambitious professionals in trusting their judgment, showing up with clarity and authority, and stopping the habit of under-operating in rooms that matter.

If you’re looking for deeper professional connection, thoughtful conversation, and a space that supports real growth—not surface-level hustle—you’re in the right place.

We’re glad you’re here and look forward to connecting with you in person.
