Jam Session!

[NOTE: Time for this meetup changed from Tuesday, 2/11. Wider time range to allow people to drop in when it makes sense - I know Saturday can be busy!]

Key: I struggle to get on Meetup most days as my job can take me far away from good wifi signals if at all. So best to text me if you are willing at 602.505.0078. Otherwise I'll do my best!

Anyway, tonight's theme:
With the changing of leadership in DC always comes incessant noise about criminals having their sentences commuted. As always, we irreverently use politics as inspiration and so tonight's theme is crime: Folsom Prison Blues (Johnny Cash), Fly Like the Wind, Criminal (Fiona Apple), Criminal (Britney Spears), Criminals,...you get the idea. Bring it and we will play it. We may not play it well, but we will get it done.

Otherwise the normal rules apply:

Expect mild to moderate chaos in a small space ill-suited for gatherings. (Although I'm working on that...) Poorly run by a woefully inexperienced event planner. Drinks and snacks of middling quality likely available. Background music questionable at best. In short, what I call I great time.

(Jam focus is blues, jazz, rock, new-wave, whatever except we can't really do noisier music because my neighbors know where I live. So have to leave out hard rock, acid rock, punk rock, metal, death metal, etc.)
