# High Sobriety Club — Munich
Somewhere between the third glass of wine you didn’t want and the morning you’d rather not have, a question starts forming. This group is for people who are sitting with that question.
High Sobriety Club is Munich’s English-speaking community for anyone rethinking their relationship with alcohol, not because something went catastrophically wrong, but because they’re paying attention. We meet for alcohol free drinks, workshops, brunches, picnics, and conversations that turn out to be easier to have sober than it sounds.
There is no program, no confessional, and nobody is going to ask you why you showed up.
Founded by Monica Iordache, HSC draws expats and locals across Bavaria who want the social infrastructure of drinking culture without the drink. The events are well-designed, the people are interesting, and the alcohol-free drinks have gotten good.
Come for one meetup and draw your own conclusions.
