What we’re about
If you want to be inspired by uplifting ideas and energized by a tribe of positive, like-minded people, you’re in the right place. This is where you come to surround yourself with diverse individuals who want to live more joyous and fulfilling lives. So welcome!
Guidelines and ground rules:
We gather to focus on positivity and optimism. And while there are valid reasons to discuss serious issues that confront us personally and globally, there are many other forums better suited for such topics.
However, we also realize that many people are drawn to events like this because they are experiencing a personal challenge. We fully honor and acknowledge those challenges without making them a part of our ongoing story. Our mission is to lift each other up, not to regurgitate what’s in the news or wallow in what’s wrong.
In fact, we encourage you to find the blessing in any setback. Your discontent can actually help you clarify what you really want. From there, you can get activated moving toward a more empowering vision for your life.
It is important to us that everyone feels welcome at these gatherings - people of all ages, faiths, orientations, and backgrounds. That’s why the principles we discuss here are not associated with any specific religious or spiritual practice.
If you are a human being with a sincere interest in boosting your sense of optimism, fun, creativity, and passion … you are in the right place.
Welcome to the High-Vibe Tribe family!

- Built a combined social media following of 50,000+ and reach over 200,000 people a month with my voice, message, and music
- Dedicated my life to helping creators and entrepreneurs grow with clarity, consistency, and confidence
And, as a lifelong St. Louisan, I also:
- Teach and perform improv comedy, and co-wrote a book with Laura Hall from Whose Line Is It Anyway?
- Published Spotlight music magazine for a decade
- Played in local bands (Jewel, Paris, the A-Tones, Beat Patrol, and more)
- Served as president of the St. Louis Publishers Association
- Acted in and directed local theater productions
- Even did stand-up comedy using the stage name Royce Kelly
