Welcome to London Higher healing meetup. Personal Empowerment and Well-being are important to all, and so in our group, we aim to work with Archangel energies, planetary intelligences , sacred geometry, chakras. We also have a focus on practical magical techniques and tools involving ankh (Life), Caduceus (twin serpent & healing), Cauldron (rebirth & Transformation) , shamanic drumming, Cacao circles, connections with trees & crystals and more!
All for the purpose of self-healing & empowerment!
We will be holding our events at various locations:
Hampstead ,Highgate, Richmond , Wimbledon, Central London parks, and some areas along river Thames (South Bank). Please check each event for full details. Thanks.

Welcome back to our Cacao Circles! Freya Witch & myself began these several years ago in Hampstead Heath. Now these are changing to a new format.-M
Cacao Circle - for Heart opening, connecting and energy shifts:
Cacao drinking in a ritual circle, is an old tribal practice from native lands. This has now become `mainstream in many esoteric communities. Cacao is not a strong drink with intense reactions like Ayahuasca. Cacao (where chocolate comes from) can be seen as a herbal drink that works gently in heartcentre and energy openings in people. It takes time to work, and initial effects ar subtle. It's effects can include a good feeling of wellness, connection, love, gratitude, mindfullness, positivity. So starting with groundedness, stillness, and balance is importrant in orderto feel its effects.
Regular use of Cacao can bring up emotionbal matters to the surface - so that they can be acknowledged, given time and worked on for personal & psychological shifts and changes.What's unique about our Circle is that we are holding these in woodland, so as to get closer to the natural environments similar to where tribes would do cacao rituals. We also give plenty of time for each of the sections needed - 1) Set up sacred space, prepare our selves , 2) charge Cacao with energy, 3) drinking, heart opening, Journeying, 4) Sharing!
- Preparation: We set up the altar & ritual space first; Then take time to prepare our selves - body, mind, emotions - using simple ceremonial techniques (stretching, breath work, meditation); Smudging & Spiri animal calling also takes place;
- Energy charge: As our Cacao drink is being heated up in our circle with a camping cooker and large pot, we charge it with additional energies - invocations, chants & drums. This imbues the Cacao with woodland energies, as well as the high energy we raise.
- Drinking & magic: After a silent moment of intention setting, we all drink the Cacao; Following this, a singing bowl (heart frequency) is used for each person, to allow them to work on their own heart opening; Attendeeds are then led in a short guided pathworking / Journey, and given silent time to explore their inner realms further - and allow insights & visions to appear, as well as energies to gently shift.
- Sharing Circle: Once the Journey has ended, we come together to sit in a circle, have some light snacks to ground, as we share any thoughts and experiences. (sharing is optional).
Please do not come late., or leave before ceremony is magically concluded - as both of that can disrupt the experiencees for other attendees. . Allow plenty of time for this experiential magical event, so that its energies can work for you.

Mani (Facilittor) will meet & collect you, and lead all attendees into the woods, to a chosen ritual space, where the Cacao ceremony will commence.What to bring - Essential
- Torch light for safe walking in woods at night.
- Extra warm clothing, blanket to cover (for Journey time),
- rain-coat, good outdoor shoes or boots, ankle covered socks!
- Small ground sheet, cushion or blanket to sit/ lay on.
What to bring - Optional-
- Ritual clothing you may like to wear.
- Drums, rattles, percursion musical instruments
- Note books
- Lanterns / candles
- your own crystals & talismans to keep with you.
- Your own Cup to drink Cacao from. (we provide reusualbel cups).
Tidying up:
Please Take any rubbish out to bins in the park or by road side. If there are unopened food items, please share thme out and take them home.--- POLICY / GUIDELINES --------
- NO Drugs/ substances, NO Alcohol at this event.
- No photos during actual ritual.
- Only Vegetarian/ vegan foods snacks, thanks.
- For Ages 18+ and over only.
- Health & Safety: If you feel unwell please stay at home. you can attend next time.
- These woods are NOT suitable for anyone with mobility issues, wheel chairs.
- Inclusivity: Please be kind, compassionate to one another throughout the whole gathering. We are inclusive of all race, genders, sexuality, LGBTQP+

About the Facilitator :
Mani is an author, teacher, initiated Witch & High Priest, with nearly 30yrs of Wicca & magical experiences. Since 2004, he has been working more and more in Woods, with rituals, covens and workshop.
