These events are not free to run.
MAIN PRIORITY:
Looking for a general sponsor (has to have experience and ability to invest in a property as a single investor or fund) Looking to grow in the future and do multiple investments deals with the right partner.
MEETUPS:
What I need for these to work well for everyone involved.
Need co-hosts, other organizers that want to get these started.
My focus areas: real estate, fashion, acting and start-ups.
(perfect for young people to be active and meet your future bosses. There is a a way to make money, however will only help those most motivated and good at communication)
CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES:
Not hiring workers, hiring those that are working towards their dreams.
Communication, ability to complete tasks and not being afraid to try new things will get you through the big doors.
I do not micromanage, but completing objectives will be important.
