Square dancing combines light physical activity, a cognitive workout, a broad variety of music and lots of social interaction. It's easy to learn and requires no dancing skill. Come on your own, with a partner, or with a friend / family group and join us at Adamsville School, 400 Union Ave in Bridgewater, on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00, starting this Thursday October 23, for a beginner-level class where Karin and Greg will teach you what you need to know with lots of dancing and a focus on having fun.

Wear normal casual clothes and comfortable shoes. The room at the school is at the very right end as viewed from the street, pretty much right where you turn into the school driveway from Union Ave, and is entered directly from the parking lot - one door is at the end of the building and the other is around the back. The back entrance will be open after 6:30. The class is sponsored by the Bee Sharps square dance club, based in Somerville/Bridgewater

Square dancing is a "team sport" with dancers in the square helping each other. When you go to a lesson or a dance, you leave your troubles at the door and come out feeling happy and energized. We hope to see you there!
