Mindfulness meditation is a well-proven tool that can help you stay sane in an increasingly insane world. Greg Jesser will lead a half-hour mindfulness meditation focused on grounding to regain your calm center, and to provide an opportunity for you to learn and practice this valuable tool on your own. There will be a 15-minute silent meditation period at the end.
Greg is a retired counselor with 45 years experience helping a diverse range of people find their empowerment to lead more authentic, fulfilling lives. He has been a volunteer Community Mediator for the City of Beaverton and is the host of the monthly “Highly Sensitive People's Support Circle” on Meetup.
