Greg Jesser shares insights from his own personal challenges as a Highly Sensitive Person, and from his professional experience as a counselor. Each week Greg presents a guided visualization designed to lead you to your calm center and there find practical tools to empower your valuable HSP traits. The meditation then moves naturally into 15-minutes of silence.
Over the years, Greg has guided a diverse range of people seeking more authentic, empowered lives. He has been a volunteer Community Mediator for the City of Beaverton and maintains a limited individual counseling practice via Zoom or in person at his Portland home office.
