Ruwatan Surya: A personal Solstice Ritual to welcome a New Beginning

Are you in an in-between phase, where you feel you are leaving the old, but the new hasn’t completely set in yet? Do you need inspiration, motivation and curiosity to allow in new energy? Have you been imagining, dreaming and working on your dreams, but you’re not seeing anything yet in your current reality?

This Solstice ritual will give you a boost into your new life and anchor Soul energies that want to manifest through you. It is an adaption of a Javanese ritual of Ruwatan Surya, in which someone is purified from negative energies.

We’ll do our own version here. We’ll ask the Sun (Surya) to purify (Ruwatan) you from past energies and invite new energies to pave the way. You’ll get a transformative reading and healing. Combined with intention setting and a ritual, you’ll set a path onto your new life.

Today, discover:

• What old beliefs, energies, concepts or patterns you want to sacrifice in order to free your path.
• What the essence is of the true you, the new reality or your new life feels like.
• The ideas your Soul or Spirit has for your new life.
• Which new habits to create to become more of your Soul’s self.
• Which small step(s) to take to have a large impact on your current life.
• What parts of your self-concept or self-limiting beliefs need work.
• Which direction to take if you have multiple options.

In this ritual, we’ll combine different techniques to clear your path properly. We’ll be doing:

• A short, to-the-point but deep energy reading to discover what old energies of yourself you need to release.
• An energy healing to release these old energies and to balance out your energy and chakra system.
• A peaceful ritual in which you slow down, to welcome in and anchor your new self on your new path.

After this session:
◆ You feel confident about yourself and your present life.
◆ You are clear about which steps to take and which habits to incorporate into daily life.
◆ Have a clear concept about who you essentially are.
◆ You know how your intuition can assist you further on your new life path
◆ You are ready for new adventures!

Prepare an intention or question before doing the ritual. The clearer your intention, the greater the transformation.

Ultimately, it's about building a deeper connection with your true self and Soul and understanding how that deeper part of you is guiding and influencing your everyday human experience. By updating the concept of your self, you will see your reality changing into the path you should be walking.
