I’m setting up an outdoor off-grid tech booth this Thursday at the Shipyards Night Market featuring my Hennessy Hammock system.

I’ll have a full “Lightweight Backpack Glamping” kit on display along with a One Tigris over/under quilt sleeping system and all the little essentials needed for a comfortable night out in the trees. Not an expensive ultralight setup but not a cheap heavy discount system either: A good solid starter kit for glamping in the woods!

What I’m promoting is an opportunity to check it out and ask questions! I’m also promoting our new Meetup group for sign-ups and an accompanying new Facebook group to promote organizing and gear swaps (Please sign up):

My goal is to make these camping packages accessible to our Meetup Group Members so that EVERYONE has an opportunity to try this fun and technical camping style WITHOUT having to invest in expensive gear or get turned off by using cheap, heavy and uncomfortable discount gear and having bad experiences with it.

In time we can use these introduction and gear meetups as a way to swap, buy and sell our own used gear among members and help new members get used starter equipment with confidence and guidance.
