Ride to Sakleshpur - THE RIDING REPS CHALLENGE

Package Cost:
Accommodation on Double sharing basis: (Inclusive of 18% GST)

Rs. 8499/-, Bring your own car (Up to a maximum of 2 cars ONLY)

Itinerary:
Day 1: Bengaluru - Kunigal - Hassan - Sakleshpur

• Report at Royaloak Furniture, Tumkur Road @ 6:00 AM.
• Ride to Sakleshpur, have breakfast on the way.
• Reach place of stay on or before 1 PM and finish lunch by 2 PM.
• Participate in Miles Meet Muscles - The Riding Reps Challenge by 5 PM.
• Day ends with dinner.

Day 2: Sakleshpur - Hassan - Kunigal - Bengaluru

• Finish breakfast and ride back to Bengalore.

Team Criteria details:

1. Each team has 4 members. At least 2 must be riding motorcycles at all times; the other 2 can ride, drive a car, or rotate roles.
2. For the fitness challenge, any 2 team members can participate, and they may be different from those riding or driving.

Inclusions:

• Breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner on Day 1, breakfast on Day 2.
• Mineral water on both the days.
• Soft copy of the photos taken during the ride.
• Accommodation on double sharing basis.
• Mechanic for bikes & backup vehicle to carry luggage.
• First-aid and puncture kits in case of an emergency.

Exclusions:

• Fuel
• Lunch expenses
• Entry fee, parking fee at attractions
• Bike repairs / Spares (if any)
• Room service bills, Personal shopping
• Anything that is not mentioned in the inclusions

The following is MANDATORY for all riders and pillions (if any) for all rides at Highwaymen:

1. FULL FACE HELMETS.
2. Riding jackets or Jackets with Elbow Guards.
3. Riding pants or Jeans with Knee Guards.
4. Riding Shoes or Sports Shoes.
5. Rear view mirrors on your bikes.
6. Masks / Bandanas / Balaclavas.

Rules for amount transfer for multi day rides:

1. All riders are expected to confirm their participation for the ride by transferring the ride cost before date communicated in the payment information.
2. We would like you not to cancel your participation, but in case you must, then if the cancellation is done more than 15 days prior to the ride, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
3. If cancellation is done less than 15 days prior to the ride, then NO amount will be refunded.
4. All registrations shall be first come first serve basis only.
