What to expect from the HIIT class?
It's a circuit-based format with several stations. You’ll perform each exercise 40-45 seconds, followed by 15-20 seconds of rest as you move to the next station. Every movement includes a lighter variation to ensure you can maintain proper technique while working at a pace that suits your level.
What if I'm late?
You may arrive up to 5 minutes late, but no later. If you attempt to join after the warm-up has finished, entry will not be allowed. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
