Hi , this is Eri a trainned Somatic yoga and breathwork facilitator, I really want to create a beautiful experience mixing the things I love the most, nature and breathing!

So I had this amazing IDEA which I want to bring to life, a breath hike to Neureuth ( tagernsee)

Starting from the town of Tegernsee, the Neureuth hike ascends to a mountain hut offering stunning views of Lake Tegernsee.

The trail has an elevation gain of 400 meters and takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete, making it an easy hike.
When we arrive to the summit I will guide a breathwork sesion, councious connected breath which will let you completly relaxed and connected with the present moment.

We are going to meet up at the train München Hauptbahnhof, ready to take the train to Tegernsee. :) the train leaves at 8.03. we will arrive at 9.03 and start the trekking up .

Please bring plenty of water because after breathwork you need to drink a lot to recuperate and rehidratate your body and the weather is starting to be hot !

pd: Coming back to Spain at the end of July and this events are just going to be holded until then :) if you never tryed the power of the breath, this is going to be unique oportunity to create councious community and elevate the vibration of your emotions!
