Hi everyone! 👋

This time we’re doing a longer coastal hike from Ramlösa to Landskrona. It’s a scenic route that combines coastline, forests, parks, small seaside towns and historical landmarks along the Öresund coast.

What to expect
We’ll start in Ramlösa and make our way north along the coast towards Landskrona. Along the route we’ll pass through quiet green areas, beaches, marinas and several charming coastal villages with views across the water towards Denmark.

One of the highlights early in the hike is Ramlösa Brunnspark, known for its historic mineral water well and beautiful park surroundings. As we continue south, the landscape becomes more coastal with long sea views and open stretches along the shoreline.

The hike finishes in Landskrona, where we’ll pass the famous Landskrona Citadel, one of the best preserved fortresses in Scandinavia.

The total distance is around 27 km, so good fitness is required for this hike. I expect the hike to take around 7–8 hours including breaks. Make sure to bring enough water, snacks and something for lunch.

For those interested, we can grab dinner or a drink together in Landskrona after the hike before heading back home.

Meeting point and travel schedule
We are taking public transport as usual. We’ll meet on the train heading towards Helsingborg and get off at Ramlösa, where the hike will start.

We’ll be on Pågatåg 1706 and sitting towards the front of the train. I’ll board the train at Malmö Triangeln.

Here are the times for the bigger stations.
08:00 - Malmö Hyllie
08:03 - Malmö Triangeln
08:09 - Malmö C
08:28 - Lund C
08:50 - Landskrona
09:03 - Ramlösa station

If you are coming from Copenhagen, you can take the train to Malmö Hyllie and change there.

Getting back
After the hike we’ll return home from Landskrona station. Trains run frequently in the evening, so there will be flexible options depending on when we finish.

Coming by car?
If you prefer, you can drive and meet us at Ramlösa station where the hike starts. There are parking options nearby, please make sure to come a bit early! To get back from Landskrona to Ramlösa you can take the train.

Let me know if you’re joining or have any questions.
Looking forward to seeing you there! 🥾
