This hike is on the Cascades and Mill Road Trail, located in the Cochran Mill Park area in the Chattahoochee Hills/Palmetto, GA area. The trail is a 2.8 mile loop with plenty of pretty scenery and even some waterfalls!

We will be in the parking area at the location provided above. I will have my dog, Delilah, with me. She is pretty calm. Make sure to bring plenty of water and possibly bug spray!
