Brisk urban walk to view Mariemont Xmas lights with stop at Graeters

Let's do a six-mile urban hike through Mariemont to see Xmas light decorations on houses. The hike is very level and we will walk at a brisk pace. We can a stop at Graeters mid-hike or at the end. Most of the streets should be lighted, but bring a headlamp in case there are some dark areas. We will meet in front of Mariemont Theater.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Tri-State Hiking Club and or Tri-State Hiking Club events, I fully understand that outdoor activities can be dangerous and that the dangers inherent in such activities, including but not limited to exposure to severe weather, encounters with dangerous animals, equipment failure and misuse of equipment by myself and others, could result in my suffering serious bodily injury and/or death and I HEREBY: RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT Tri-State Hiking club, meetup.com, leaders and/or participants in any activities and or any of the individual organizers or members of the club, or hold them in any way responsible for any injuries, incidents or other problems to both person, property and schedule.

I further expressly agree that the foregoing release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and if any portion thereof is invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, not withstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
