Along the River: A Women’s Hike to Breathe & Reflect

Spend the day hiking just outside of Barcelona with a group of women who are also looking to slow down, connect, and reflect. ✨ This space is open to anyone who identifies as a woman.
This month’s trail is extra special.. we’ll be following a beautiful river, passing by a gorgeous waterfall along the way, and surrounded by autumn mushrooms popping up everywhere. (We won’t be foraging, but on our way back you’ll have the chance to buy some from small local vendors, a real treat after the hike!)
There’s some elevation gain on this trail, enough to get your heart pumping but still manageable at a relaxed pace. I’m genuinely elated about this one the views, the water, the forest… it’s everything I want in a September reset.
There is also some water on the trail, so plan ahead: waterproof shoes or an extra pair of socks will go a long way.
This isn’t a fast-paced hike or a formal workshop… it’s a day in nature.
No pressure to overshare. Just space to be honest, breathe, and be with people who get it.

What to Expect
We’ll meet early in the morning and travel together by car to a uniquely beautiful hiking spot, about 1 hr 40 min from Barcelona. Once there, we’ll set out on a 5.5 km trail that follows the river, passes a waterfall, and winds through lush forest full of mushrooms.
Along the way, we’ll take intentional pauses for group check-ins, partner conversations, and snacks. The workshop will be integrated throughout the day, woven into our time together in a way that feels natural.
We’ll share lunch outdoors, soak in the scenery, and wrap up with a short reflection before heading back to Barcelona with the option to stop at small local vendors selling fresh mushrooms on the way.

All tiers receive the same full-day experience. This is a trust-based system, choose what feels right for you.
Good to Know
- All group activities are invitations; you can pass on anything and just be present if that’s what you need.
- We’ll keep a steady, conversational pace with breaks.
- If you have access or energy needs, tell us when you register, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- Weather call made 24 hours before; if we cancel for safety, you’ll be offered a transfer or refund.
