The Self-Love Walk
Details
On April 11th, we will walk together along magical trails in the village of Penedo, Sintra.
It's an invitation to slow down, take a deep breath, and simply feel.
Along the way, we will have small moments of presence, sharing, and silence…
💚 For those who feel they need to:
• disconnect from the noise for a while
• recharge their energy
• take care of themselves
• walk in good company
No rush, no pressure — just walk and be.
If you feel the calling, join us.
Sometimes, the most important path… is the one we take inwards. ✨

Self-love – One of the most important loves in our lives.
“You, like every other person in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
— Buddha
Self-love is one of the central pillars of personal and spiritual development, because the relationship we have with ourselves defines all other relationships in our lives. The way we think, feel, and act stems from the internal dialogue we maintain daily. If this dialogue is critical, punitive, or needy, all external experiences will be influenced by this fragile foundation. If, on the contrary, it is compassionate, conscious, and respectful, a solid foundation is created for balanced growth.
True personal and spiritual development begins when we stop trying to prove our worth to the world and start recognizing it within ourselves. From that point on, growth ceases to be a search for approval and becomes a conscious expression of who we truly are.
Thus the path is made.
