Afternoon Hike via Lägern to Baden, from Dielsdorf / Regensberg

Hike Description
We explore the easternmost part of the Jura mountains, right next to Baden. This hike features a small elevation (less than 500 meters), and we will walk about 12 km of distance, starting next to beautiful castle Regensberg with its vineyards. But please don't underestimate Lägern! We will start out on vineyard roads and end up on the exposed ridge visible in the title photo. There is an easier alternate path to Baden in case you discover on the way that you don't like the main ridge. However you will have to navigate that route yourself.
Route

Take some snacks and we will take a break on Lägern Hochwacht view point, with views over the whole Zurich area. Lägern Hochwacht is about ⅓ of the way to Baden by distance.

Getting there and back
I will take the S15 at 12:52 from Zurich HB and arrive in Dielsdorf at 13:15, where we start our hike. The end location is Baden, where we can go to a pub for drinks and dinner or just return home by train.
