POSTPONED: 1.05 Hike Walensee

Walensee / Alp Oberchäseren

This hike takes us above Walensee on a panoramic circular route starting from Amden. The trail combines forest sections with open viewpoints overlooking the lake, leading to Alp Oberchäseren, a traditional mountain hut with one of the best viewpoints in the region.

If people wish, after arriving back in Amden we can go to to the lake. The main idea is to leave to Zurich HB around 6 pm, but it can be decided the same day. Here a train route back example:
