4.5 Workout Hike at JMF
Details
We do a lollipop loop. Take off on the Siltstone from the Welcome Center, circle the purple heart and back. 4.5 miles in 1hr 15ish, 4 large hills, 2.5-3mph pace.
Not an easy hike. Do to pace.
if you are looking for an easier hike the 1:00 hike is for your.
if you want to try something tougher I won't leave you behind.
There are also plenty of easy short cuts back if you'd like to cut the workout short.
