Join us at Island Beach State Park, a hidden gem 💎 and maybe the most beautiful beach in the tri-state region. It’s the only beach in New Jersey in which a fire is permitted. 🔥. I will bring a portable BBQ if you want to grill something. 🍖 You should pack a small cooler with enough food and beverages for a full day on the sand. We will stay after dark for a nighttime fire party and possibly head over to Seaside Park Boardwalk for a hike some time afterwards.

Im buying about $30 of firewood, so a couple of dollars would be helpful from each person.

Max amount of people permitted by beach is 19. Please provide others an opportunity if you dont plan on going.

Park in either lot A7 or A8. Lot A7 is easier. At 3pm parking starts to open up. When getting to the beach we will be located between the two lots.

Parking SUV’s on sand is only permitted with a special permit.

Dogs are permitted 🐕 but please announce whether you will bring one and that it not be trouble with other dogs or people.

If youve never been to Island beach state park, you should go at least once. It’s a unique beach. 🏖️ 🔥 🐕 🚙
