Let's Hike Big Devils Stairs!

Big Devils Stairs is a long way up North in the Park, but worth the drive. This is a moderate (really!) hike, out and back for a total of 5.4 miles, elevation change 1000 feet. It takes us to the canyon rim for a great view of the valley below, without the treacherous hiking involved in LITTLE Devils Stairs. Here's a link to a nice summary of the hike:
