What better way to end the day than kayaking while watching the sun set over beautiful Stockholm? Come experience the magic of the archipelago at golden hour — paddle through calm waters and take in stunning views as the day winds down. ✨

Join us for a relaxed paddle (~3 hours) at an easy pace — perfect for unwinding after work, enjoying the scenery, and meeting new people and seeing old faces!

🕕 Time: 17:45 at the kayak center (details will be shared in whatsapp)
📍 Location: near Hornstull metro station (details to be shared via the whatsapp group)
🥪 After kayaking: We'll have a picnic near by — bring a sandwich or similar, and a drink for a laid-back outdoors dinner together.

🗺️ What to Expect:
We'll be using double kayaks (k2), which are more stable and beginner-friendly. The route is calm and scenic — ideal for enjoying the views and catching the sunset. We will take it easy, and we will try to pair begginers with people that has already kayak before.
After the paddle, we'll hang out near by for a relaxed picnic and maybe a drink or two (byod). 🌇

This is a great chance to connect, relax, and enjoy summer in Stockholm. ☀️

💰 Price: 370kr includes all the kayak equipment dry bag + (3hours kayking aprox)
🛶 Limited spots available — please RSVP only if you're sure you can join, and update your status + join the whatsapp group (mandatory step)

📝 Reservation and Cancellation Policy
🔔 Please note that RSVP on Meetup does not guarantee a spot — we’ll contact you directly to confirm your place and share payment details.
We use additional channels to manage bookings, and for this event, advance payment will be required (details will be shared privately).

• ✅ Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• ❌ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event might be non-refundable, as we cannot guarantee a refund from the kayak provider.

🌦️ Weather Policy
The event may be postponed due to extreme weather conditions (such as heavy rain or strong wind), as determined by the kayak center.
In that case, you’ll have the option to either:

• 💸 Receive a full refund
• 📅 Join on the new rescheduled date

What to bring?
Please remember to bring👌:

• Cap and sun protection cream
• Swimsuit and towel (optional)
• Extra clothes in case you get wet
• Packed lunch (we will stop and have a picnic)
• Bottle of water
• A dry bag (if you have one)
• Appropriate outdoor clothing for the weather (short hiking pants, comfortable shoes, etc.) — check the weather before leaving
• Paked lunch - picnic
• Sunglasses or eyeglasses secured with straps
