Buy a ticket when they go on sale to see these Mid-Century Modern houses, most built in the early 1950s. We've seen them many times on the tours from the outside, now is a chance to see how they are decorated and the layouts. The mid-century modern furnishings should be fantastic.
Here is a copy of the recent BAHA announcement for this event. Tickets will go on sale soon:

"Sunday, September 28, 2025, One to five o'clock.
For only the second time in BAHA’s 50 years, you will have a chance to attend an all Mid-Century Modern House Tour. These 8 to 10 gorgeous houses are located in the La Loma Park Neighborhood. The owners have been very generous in opening much of their homes and grounds so you can truly get the feeling of what the architects and landscape designers in the 1930s through the 1960s intended.
The architects include William Wurster, Roger Lee, Donald Olsen, Charles Warren Callister, and John Hans Ostwald. Some of the houses have original furniture and have undergone no or little change since they were first constructed. The gardens were designed in keeping with the era of bringing the outdoors inside the house, facilitated by huge windows. You will also see incredibly wide views of the bay and peninsula rarely found in other locations.
We will send ticket purchase instructions soon, so keep an eye out for them! You do not want to miss this special fall tour."
Meeting Location: We are meeting on the sidewalk where Rose Walk meets Euclid Ave. Halfway between Cedar St. & Eunice St. (Nearby address, 1400 Euclid Ave.,Berkeley
