Arthur’s Rock in Lory State Park

A few weeks ago we did Well Gulch - let’s complete that trail and go up to Arthur’s rock this time. We will start at Well Gulch and then hit the side trail that goes to Arthur’s. This will be about a 3.5 to 4 mile hike, and it’s rated moderate. The most difficult part will be a scramble to Arthur’s rock. Let’s do lunch at Howling Cow Cafe afterwards.

Meet up location: the parking lot across the street from the Well Gulch trailhead. Note that parking could be an issue so carpool or get there earlier if possible! There is a fee to enter the park.

Make sure to bring any water, supplies, etc.
