Kutti Beach (pic). Ever heard of it or been there? Probably not. It’s easily one of the most beautiful and secretive beaches in Sydney Harbour. If you can’t find the hidden staircase (ease up on breakfast – it’s a thin one - pic), you won’t find this beach that spills down from a handful of mansions in the +$50milillion range. Kutti Beach is an absolute stunner, so we’ll finish there for a swim if you fancy…
Here we go.

THE HIKE.
It’s 12kms in total. We’ll start at North Bondi where the 333 bus drops at its final stop – Rocker Bondi is a great restaurant. They’ll be closed, so this our meeting point is at Rocker HERE. Now team… Sculptures by the Sea is on. If you plan on arriving at 955am – well, you’re in for a bad surprised. Get there early. Get there early. Get there early. The 333 buses will be very, very crowded. If you haven’t seen Bondi Beach before, please arrive early and check it out! If you haven’t been to North Bondi Food Markets, arrive early and check that out too (I’ll be here at 930am - great place for breakfast and even better for perving). Another shortcut is to take the 379 bus from Bondi Junction, and you’ll have to do a little walk to get to our starting point. Onto the hike…

The first two kilometres are a bit of a neighbourhood walk, and then the magic begins… At Dover Heights we’ll hit Rodney Reserve with stunning views (no doubt we’ll spot some whales heading south). Then we’ll head to the Waverley Cliff Walk, through Vaucluse, then around the newly-ish opened Federation Walk around Diamond Bay (WOW - pic). More views, and onward to The Gap, delightful Watson’s Bay, then onto historic Camp Cove (where the First Fleet camped overnight – beautiful beach) and to the entrance of Sydney Harbour at Hornby Lighthouse - pic). More views - all lick-able.
We’ll loop back to Watson’s Bay then find our secretive climax: Kutti Beach. 20min there for a swim. A rest. Or perhaps an alcoholic roadie (shhhhh) you put in your backpack – margarita for me. We’ll finish with an absolute gem – Parsley Bay Bridge (no pic – this will be a looooovely surprise).

THE PUB.
It’s a walk back to Watson’s Bay if you need the bus back to Bondi, or if you fancy the ferry to Circular Quay… but why not jump on the 324/5 bus with us and head to The Golden Sheaf? It’s an upscale pub with an amazing beer garden in Double Bay – damn good food too. The bus stop is right there which heads back to Town Hall but stops at Edgecliff Station and King’s Cross along the way.
