Moraine Hills State Park (4, 6 or 8 mile options)

This will be an 8-mile hike on 3 loops at Moraine Hills State Park in McHenry. There are options to shorten to either 3.7 miles or 6 miles by skipping loops. I'm not a fast hiker, so I'm guessing the pace will be about 3 mph, but feel free to hike as fast as you want. The trails are wide, crushed-limestone trails, and are well-marked.

Exact meeting location: Meet at the Pike Marsh parking lot, near the main entrance of the park.

This is a dog-friendly hike, but please keep your pet leashed.
