Hike @ Fort Ben

We'll be staying local for this hike at one of our usual haunts, and the weather should be on our side for Saturday. We'll plan to start from the Delaware Lake parking lot, make our way across the park to hike the Lawrence Creek trail, and then return to where we began. Altogether we'll be doing around 5.75 miles.

Admission to Fort Ben is $7.

We'll meet at the parking lot next to Delaware Lake. After passing by the gatehouse, you’ll take the first right you come to and this road will take you back to the parking lot. A map of the park is located here; just scroll down to the Maps section. After arriving, look for the group of us in the parking lot.

For anyone interested in a bite to eat after the hike, we'll be going to the Panera on 56th Street right outside the park. The address is 9145 East 56th Street.
