Starting quite early but car park ( recently expanded) still can be full in good weather.
We'll follow the Red Trail alongside the Glenbarrow River towards Glenbarrow Waterfall. From there, we’ll pass by the ruins of the old mill, a reminder of the area's rich heritage, with some light diversions off the main trail to enjoy the best views.

This hike offers a little bit of everything – forest paths, riverbanks, waterfalls, and open glens – all surrounded by the natural beauty of the Slieve Blooms
