Folks winter is here. In case you hadn't noticed. So dress accordingly. And you might want to start carrying your spikes. You never know when a trail might be muddy or icy. Trekking poles also help a lot.
Since we didn't get to do this hike on Saturday, we'll try it again this Saturday.

Directions to the trailhead: From C-470 take the Kipling exit. Go west onto Ute Avenue. then west again on Deer Creek Canyon Rd. Left onto Grizzly Drive and right into the park.

The hike: We'll do a combination of trails adding up to around 5 miles. I'd rate the hike moderate.
There are restrooms at the trailhead.
Well behaved dogs are allowed. No Pitbulls.
