Day hike Bear Creek Canyon

Please read all of the directions.
Directions to the trailhead. Take Bear Creek Rd. (Rt. 74) out of Morrison. Drive 7.5 miles to the O'Fallon Park Trailhead on your left. Please be at the trailhead by 9:00 am.
The hike: We'll go up the West Ridge Loop Trail. At 1.6 miles it hits the Bear Creek Trail. We'll turn left there and circle back to the parking lot using the Bear Creek Cutoff. All of these trails climb gradually after you leave the parking lot. Our hike won't be over 4 miles out and back.
There are restrooms at the trailhead.
Well behaved dogs are allowed. No Pitbulls.
