Day Hike Castlewood Canyon State Park

Please read all of the directions

Directions to the trailhead. From Parker, go south on highway 83. The entrance is on the right 5 miles south of Franktown.
From I-25, exit in Castle Rock onto Hwy. 86. Go east to Franktown. The turn right onto Rt. 83 5 miles to the park entrance. Park in the lot near the visitor's center.
The hike: We're going to do the East Canyon Loop. It's an easy 4 miles.
There are restrooms at the trailhead.
