I started series of Saturdays hikes for seniors and newcomers, because there are plenty of them in Santa Fe, and they hesitate to join regular hikers group!
Last Saturday was great hike around Black Canyon loop, which is only 2.5 miles, anybody can handle this.
We we learning some short exercises from Yoga, stretching, and Wim Hof Breathing exercises, which I teach on my Health & Longevityy classes along with short Tai Chi Form. It helped me to get rid off some chronic diseases over couple of years, it was helping my students, who managed to impute them into their daily routine!
If you dare try to learn them on my hikes, and stick to your routine, you’ll be very happy and healthy on a long run!
Please bring yoga mats or blankets in your backpacks!
