Join us for 1 hour of dragon boating on South Lake Union. 60 minutes of exercise around beautiful Lake Union. Beginners are welcome. During practice we go over paddling technique, racing skills, and work on cardio and core drills. Bring water to drink and we provide everything else!
Before you can participate, you must fill out the guest waiver beforehand at https://form.jotform.com/243528009072150
- Meet at 6:00 PM at the Shed in the Kenmore Air parking lot. DO NOT PARK in the Kenmore Air parking lot.
- We hit the water at 6:30 PM, return to the dock at 7:30 PM
New and guest paddlers will be provided a required safety orientation. New and guest paddlers who arrive after 6:15 PM risk not being allowed onto the boat as there is not enough time for an orientation. - Waivers for new and guest paddlers can be found here: https://form.jotform.com/243528009072150
