Wednesday Night: Hidden Peak Loop via Cirque Trail & Gad Return

This Wednesday we will once again escape up the canyons from the heat and catch more of the wildflowers. The hike will be a loop from the Snowbird base up to Hidden Peak via the Cirque Trail and then down via the Gad Valley side. The distance we'll cover will be a modest 6.1 miles but the elevation gain will be a substantial 2900 net and 3100 gross. So we are back in true Wednesday night steep form. Please be prepared to hike flat and downhill sections at a 25-minute mile pace and most uphill sections at a 30 to 35-minute mile pace. Here is a link to the GAIA map for the hike:
