McAllister Park- Fest of Tails event (HIKE at 10:30, free stuff at 9:00)

Hike at 10:30, bring your dog if you want. About a 3 mile hike. Bring water. Know your limits. Weather should be nice.

Starting at 9:00 a.m. the SA Parks Foundation will be giving away free plants and vendors will be giving away and selling things. So show up early if you want to partake. There are also kite teams putting on shows. We will start a hike at 10:30.

The park is big and has many parking spots, so.....PARKING: It looks like they will be using the two parking spots off of Buckhorn Rd. near the empty field and the dog run park. So avoid those lots.
Meetup spot for the hike: Little league fields with the blue roofs. There is a parking lot there in front of it.

After the hike you can stay longer to enjoy the shows, vendors, fly your own kite.
